The interviews are conducted by the HR Director, Partners and Managers. You will perform a case study at the second stage to evaluate your analytical qualities, reasoning abilities and business/sector-specific knowledge. If you apply for a Director position, then you will also be asked to meet Partners from another office than the one you are applying for.

We look for graduates from the best universities/schools: business and engineering graduates are preferred and an MBA is a plus, especially for Managers.

The good fit

For every applicant, fluent English as well as a desire to work on international assignments is a must.

Senior Consultants should have at least 2 years experience. Prior consulting experience is highly valued. We also value operational experience acquired in investment banking, retail banking, insurance or a private investment fund. In addition, you have ideally worked on issues of risk management, organization and process.

For Managers and Senior Managers, prior consulting experience and sector expertise in the financial services industry is a prerequisite. You should also be able to demonstrate an ability to develop creative and innovative approaches, and to manage long term customer relationships.

A work permit for the relevant country is required in all cases.
