Dominique began her career in 1989 in trading activities for the Banque Indosuez, as a Sales Structurer. She then joined Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt as Head of Sales in order to develop the French clientele on interest rate and exchange rate structured products between Frankfurt, London and Paris.

After ten years in the financial markets, in 1999, she joined CSC Peat Marwick as a Senior Manager to create the Risk Management practice. She maintained this dual expertise in Risk Management and CIB activities when promoted to Partner at Atos Consulting in 2004. Dominique pursued her career in 2007 at Protiviti, a subsidiary of Robert Half, as Managing Director in charge of Financial Services activities.

Jean-Charles started his career in 1993 as an auditor in Ernst & Young.

Fully dedicated to the Insurance industry, he joined the AXA Group in 2001 as deputy of the Head of the Asia Pacific business support development, focusing on Japan. In 2003, he was promoted as project manager of the AXA Group IFRS conversion project.

Coming back in Ernst & Young in 2005 as Solvency II leader for France, he was promoted partner in 2007 to assist many French insurers to comply with the future prudential regime.
